At Gibbs Capital, we create value through real estate development in both the commercial and residential sectors. Our primary strategy is buying outdated buildings and properties that need renovation or redesign and making these improvements in-house. We also purchase raw land to develop and build new structures to meet the demands of the targeted area.

We are a vertically integrated company that manages every aspect of the process from design through construction to management. We self-perform most capital improvement projects under our wholly-owned, licensed commercial and residential contracting company, Gibbs Capital Construction.
