In 2015, Gibbs Capital purchased and renovated this sixteen-home subdivision on Lake Burton. Gibbs Capital also built docks and a waterfront community pavilion for the community to enjoy.

Each home on this unique property enjoys a 360-degree mountain views on North Georgia's prettiest mountain lake, as well as access to a personal boat slip at the community dock, now affectionately named Chat'N'Chill.
